First of all, thank you for shopping with us!

We are sorry to know that the item/s you purchased with us did not meet your needs. We are here to help you out by providing you with the best possible solution!

We would like to highlight that all the products you see in our store are custom made which means, our products are NOT pre-made and stored in bulk. As a result we are UNABLE to offer any type of free returns other than if the item/s is/are faulty.

Refund Policy:

If your product is faulty or damaged, you can reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will ship you a replacement or offer you a refund whichever you prefer.

Refunds (if applicable)

As soon as the details of the faulty or damaged product/s are gathered, we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refund processing will usually take anywhere between 7 and 14 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item with the same item because you ordered a wrong size or color, please send us an email at info@truepuplove.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
